Japan's Kashima Kyodo buy Reebok ZigTech online Electric Power Co said on Monday it had restarted the 350-megawatt No.1 unit at its thermal power plant in eastern Japan as of April 16.

The No. 1 unit was shut after a massive earthquake and tsunami on March 11, but the company had said it expected to restart it by the end of April.
